Before you write

Three questions the desk hears most often

How early should a club start a jersey program build?

Ideally six to eight weeks before the first competitive fixture. That allows time for a design conversation, a sample worn at training, the full build and the pressing of every name set. If the timeline is shorter we will say so honestly and suggest what can realistically be delivered first.

Can the desk come to the clubhouse for sizing?

Yes. Kit fitting evenings are held at the clubhouse on a weeknight, and the measured sheet is returned to the desk the same night. Most clubs book two sessions a season, one before the first match and one around the winter break.

What happens if a player joins after the order is packed?

Write to the season restock desk. We keep a small buffer of common sizes and, where the schedule allows, a late signing can be measured, pressed and packed ahead of the next fixture. The club account records every revision so the sheet stays accurate.
